Our Story
Centre For Reality International Church is a growing, ethnically-diverse ministry committed to making men assets; as well as sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with the unsaved and un-churched; and challenging “church-goers” to a deeper and more authentic relationship with the Saviour. Centre For Reality International Church is focused on helping people find and live their purpose and equipping the saints in making impact and taking the Church to the market places; being examples of the believer.
Centre For Reality International Church a.k.a Excellers Reality Ministry is a church that emerged from Excellers Revolutionary Army. This constituted some group of people who met regularly then on Sunday evenings for fellowship and Wednesday night for vigils. They were young University and Secondary school students who were so passionate for the things of God and hungry for more of God. They met constantly and held various outreaches to schools, both secondary and tertiary, the community and environ, preaching the word of God.Â
In 2003, Centre For Reality International Church was formally inaugurated and this serve as a place for culturing people in God’s way and teaching them the efficacy of God’s word so that they would in turn influence their world rightly.
Our Vision
To raise men of dynamic minds with God’s Kingdom values and help them discover, develop and deploy their potentials with maximum impact.
Our Mission
…making men assets

GOING CHURCH
We believe in making impact in the market places, i.e., places of work and the entire community where we are; evangelizing our world according to Matthew 28:18-19. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” We must be given to evangelism, soul winning and discipling these souls. It is not optional; it is a commandment.
GROWING CHURCH
We believe in the growth of individuals and of the church as a whole. Everyone must grow in the knowledge of God, increase in our works and increase numerically. We cannot afford to be stagnant, rather we must seek to improve ourselves spiritually, mentally, socially and relationship wise, in terms of delivery as individuals and a Church as a whole. And as we grow, we grow together.
“It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth: But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it”. Mark 4:31-32
“In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit”. Eph. 2:21-22Â
“But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him in all things, which is the head, even Christ”: Eph. 4:15.
“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever.” Amen. II Peter 3:18
GROANING CHURCH
We are a praying Church. We must give ourselves to praying intense and in-depth prayers as well as continuous praying. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much”.(James 5:16)
“I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting”.Â(ÂI Tim 2:8)
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints” (Eph. 6:18 ).
GIVING CHURCH
We are a people that spend and are being spent for the work of God. We give to God our resources – physical-strength and energy, mental and financial. “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” .(Luke 6:38)
“Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give ; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver”. (II Cor. 9:7)
